Team Leaders & Senior / Junior Recruiters


Responsibilities
 Recruiting and managing sales representatives, recruiters and administrative team.
 Developing client portfolios with a particular emphasis on temporary and permanent resource solutions.
 Setting and meeting short term and long term business objectives and sales goals.
 Team leaders to controls costs and assure plans are in place to protect and improve profit margins, meet operating budgets and report to HQ in France.

Requirements:
- University Degree and sound experience in perm and temporary recruitment.
- Team leaders must have a proven track record setting up and developing businesses.
- In addition to fluent English, knowledge of French is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and management skills and a proven record of developing and growing business.
- Candidate must have strong customer relation skills and the ability to build teams that are client focused and keep them motivated.
