Our client is a leading consulting firm in Frankfurt, Germany.
Aufgaben:
* Provide support throughout the entire recruitment cycle, including writing and updating job descriptions/profiles and job advertisements, conducting interviews and managing job applications.
* Develop innovative strategies aimed at constantly improving recruitment policies and internal transfer procedures.
* Implement a variety of recruitment techniques in order to build and maintain a diversified pool of job applicants.
* Conduct in-depth behavioral interviews to properly assess skill set and competencies of candidates.
* Plan and participate in events for candidates and client development, such as job fairs, industry conferences, etc.
* Provide best practice to the Managing Director to cover his/her needs in the best possible way and assist the management by documenting candidate profiles, checking references, and determining Associate "matches" for open client engagements.
* Stay in touch with Professionals during their assignments and between assignments, ensure their information in the database is updated and perform high quality relationship management to create and maintain their loyalty and readiness to work with Resources.
* Support Professionals concerning Resources internal training and communication opportunities.
* Take care that legal requirements and regulations as well as insurance requirements are fulfilled, including work allowance, freelancer status with BFA and that Professionals and the counseling of internal and external business partners concerning these subjects.
* Update "Scoop" database and provide regular statistics and lists that support Management and Recruiters in other countries
* Develop a recruiting strategy together with the Managing Director and the recruitment team that continually replenishes the candidate pipeline based on market condition, existing Associate team, and current/projected client engagements.
* Manage and prioritize all recruitment tasks for Germany and Austria.
Profil:
* University degree in Economics or comparable
* Proven education in Recruitment / HR
* Solid education / background in Financial / Audit area
* Have a proven experience in the field of recruitment: Between 5 and 7 years of experience in recruitment & selection of finance & accounting professionals.
* Be an excellent networker with a broad network.
* Be confident and professional communicator at all levels.
* Very professional presentation over the phone, strong communication skills including the ability to articulate via the telephone and in person.
* Have an entrepreneurial mindset and be a creative trouble shooter.
* Be an excellent team player and at the same time a self starter able to operate independently.
* Preferably experience in a Big Four Audit Company environment.
* Technically proficient with all aspects of Internet recruiting.
* Experience in performing competence based interviews with freelance Professionals ranging from Project Expert to Board level.
* Possess good computer skills.
* Have a good command of English and German - knowledge of another language is considered an asset.
